Susana is a dedicated educator, who works with
European programs, specializing in fostering cross-cultural learning, innovation, and
collaboration. She graduated from London Metropolitan University in International Business and
Operations Management. With a strong passion for education and international cooperation,
she has been actively involved in initiatives such as Erasmus+, CERV and other EU-funded
projects aimed at enhancing educational quality, promoting mobility, integration and supporting
lifelong learning.
She works closely with students, teachers, and institutions across Europe to design and
implement programs that encourage cultural exchange, skill development, and the sharing of
best practices. Whether it’s coordinating student exchanges, organizing teacher training
workshops, or developing collaborative research projects, her goal is to create meaningful
opportunities for growth and understanding.

Asia is an international expert on Quality Assessment and Project Management. She has graduated from the University of Varna, Bulgaria on Marketing and Management, and on Accountancy as a post-graduate level.
She was responsible for running the quality system in several companies, for the external evaluation of Grundtvig Learning Partnerships, Erasmus+ KA2 projects and EfC projects, and has 8-years' experience as an external expert at the Spanish National Agency. She has organised many transnational activities within European projects, conferences and press conferences and has been responsible for the design and piloting of manuals and training units in the school, VET, sport, youth and adult education fields.
She has also carried out research studies under different programmes and projects (Leonardo, Grundtvig, Fundamental Rights and Citizenship, Erasmus+, AMIF, Horizon 2020, CERV).

Rafael is an enthusiastic filmmaker with 15 years of experience in the industry. He's currently working as an assistant director in Malta, where he's won great experience in productions such as Napoleon, Gladiator II, Jurassic Park Rebirth... Rafael is also an executive producer who works in social and environmental independent documentaries co-produced by Poltrona Films, his own film production company.
Back in Brazil, he worked as a location manager and provided services for several NGOs. He made a dissertation about Greenpeace and other environmental organisations in Brazil.
