About PHOENIX Association
Phoenix is an association, dedicated to connecting European countries by promoting inclusive education, research and innovation and intercultural dialogue.
It has been founded by staff members with great expertise and experience in the management and coordination of European Projects, quality assessment, education, art and film production.
Phoenix Association is a small size organisation currently operating with professional staff, consultants and qualified volunteers, who have participated in many local and international projects, aiming at promoting intercultural education, civic participation and development of key competences of people of all ages.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide tailored trainings focused on the areas of professional and social skills, intercultural and civic education. These trainings have been proven to be beneficial for disadvantaged groups, such as immigrants, school dropouts, vulnerable youth, unemployed, LGTBQI+, disabled people and elderly citizens. The programs have helped them to gain key competences and knowledge and improve their self-esteem and professional development.
